Why does it take tecno a while before they update the list of their phones on gsmarena. You guys already have some nice mid-range phones out there. Example, Spark 4 and its pro versions are already in the market, etc. You dont need to keep your flagship on top for so long that some of your good midrangers are already been sold out. Am one of your fans & also the one that requested gsmarena team to look into your company & add your name to gsmarena. Hope you realised how important your company is to me.

Its 3500 battery may seem inadequate but it actually works well for the phone. Power consumption has been optimised for this battery. Why drive a big bus all alone. My suggestion: Buy the 12 if you have the budget. Else pare down and get the Infinix S4.

I just bought this phone and in terms of usability and user guide it is dead on arrival, a clear zero. I have never seen a Tecno this bad in user friendliness. To access the port for SIM card is like war. To worsen matters, the user guide is no help. The Tecno people make good phones and no doubt the technology in this is good, but the ease of use is not.

I just got the camon 12 and the truth is the fone is really annoying . I get nice features and all but the fone charges slowly. D fone is too slow in charging. Charge for three hours and it's only 24percentage . This is not cool. Am I the only one with this ish. Do I have to take it to carlcare cos I really don't understand.
