I watch a couple of music, play high-end games and browse a lot but i use it for 2 days on a single charge. The camera too is awesome. It takes pretty awesome shots.

Amazing phone... Everything works perfectly. I don't regret purchasing it. Dunno where those negative comments are coming from though.

I just bought the camon 15 two days ago and I am not happy with it. Mostly the battery and camera...
I don't know what to do to get my money back.

The SoCs used on their devices are very poor, couple that with the fact that they never, I repeat, Never!!, send Android upgrades (you can be sure to have that device on the Android version it boots out-of-the-box for the entirety of its lifetime), TECNO'S approach to the market will blow back hard on them in the next two years or so if they don't change. Consumers are not so gullible anymore. So you'll have a poor chip, a nonsense combo of cameras, poor resolution screen; just the perfect waste of your money. That's my two-sense on the company anyway.

My camon 15 starts to heat in less than 10 minutes usage. What might be the cause and who else is experiencing such problem?

The only problem with this phone is the battery which is 5000mah li-ion. With they way the battery goes down, I believe this phone might come with 3000mah not this 5000mah they used to deceive the public.
