Am still doing this since carl care that is supposed to help me fix my phone are still saying there is no hard wera yet

My Tecno Camon 15 can't make or receive whatsapp calls. I've done a lot to make it work to no avail. I've deleted many apps due to dat even I deleted VPN cause of it it still didn't change anything. Can someone help. Every engineer I gave it to do not know what to do about it.

I bought Camon 15 a year ago and I want to swap it to Camon 17pro but I don't know how to go about it, kindly respond on how to go about it. The Camon 15 is very much in good shape and one piece, just want to upgrade to a higher grade. Thanking you..

My phone is not working properly like before

I've this tecno camon cd8 and its claims to be running on v 5.0 and it doesn't want to update to v 6.0 which runs better, it's battery is the sickest I've come across.Has the slowest internet connectivity, someone to help me upgrade to v 6.0

This is third tecno phone I am using and a of them developed charging port problem. It's really frustrating and to crown it up. I haven't used this phone upto a year. I don't think I will ever patronize their product again. Am tired of the rubbish😱

The phone is okay but with time am prompted to install weird apps before I can update other important apps. even after installing the app am prompted to, I still encounter major difficulties in updating already installed apps. It's really annoying.
