Am starting to hate this product in the name tecno canon, on which circumstances , a phone can start hanging free only less than one year old. Next time I will think about it

Hello, my Tecno Camon 15 some of the Apps and icons are malfunctioning. Like the Hotspot is inactive, also the WhatsApp videos/ voice calls is inactive too(I can't make & receive calls). Is yours having the same issues too. I need help please.

First of all, I am not bashing Techno, this is just my experience on Techno. My mom bought me a techno since my phone that lasted for 4 years is already laggy and old. Thought it was going to be better unfortunately it wasn't, its actually worse. It said storage space is high, I only had 100 photos and it kept warning me every after 2 minutes that my storage was full. It said the battery can last for so long, mine lasted for 4 hours only. The first week of me using the charger was fine but when the second week rolled around it no longer worked, so i had to buy a new connector, which also stopped working after a week, went to ask the store (where we bought the techno, which is basically the techno store) if we could exchange it, they said no only if the phone was the problem. (repeat the same process until i had already bought 5 connectors in total) but when i use the connector to charge other phones or my old phone, it works. Which means the phone is the one with the problem. Please do not take this comment/review down, again, I am giving my honest review on techno. Techno, please do better.

My battery change settings (feature). The one am seeing is drilling my battery ,it cannot last for 1day talk more of 2. Please how can I remove it .it just 3 month old

My own camon 15 air is working perfectly, am really enjoying it. It's only that all the alarm app I downloaded on it is not working well and I don't know how to fix it.

CAMON 15 SERIES are the worst phone i have ever seen. imagine my friends camon 15 air that is not up to 6months taking over 5hrs to charge..camera is even worst than the ones on java/symbian phones
