It's always hot at the back even though u restart it.

It always freeze, or screen malfunction unless off the screen with the power button and on it again

This phone drags alot.......when it's idle it start typing unknown things...open camera.....doing alot of shit ... connect itself to otg...I don't know why

sint, 21 Dec 2020no option to customize desktop app icon You can still install other launcher apps from Google play. I'm currently using S21 launcher on my Camon 16S

Seriously I regret buying this phone with that amount of money and it's malfunction always, so didn't they know that this phone freezes or what. I have been using Tecno all a long but this phone is worse phone I have ever use as a Tecno

Seriously this phone is the worst have ever come across. The way this phone screen is malfunction... I get frustrated and I feel like hitting it on the wall. Is crazy spending so much money to get a phone ad can't enjoy it. I think the company should find a solution to this pls
