I got this phone as a birthday gift in August 2022 and it was such a good phone, used it daily and i don't remember it lagging, it was all fine unil i upgraded to android 12, around a month after the update it just shutdown out of nowhere and when i turn it on and type in the password it says it's incorrect and restarts, this all happened in February 2023 so i gave the phone to the carrier and they couldn't fix it so they just gave me a new one, but if someone knows how to fix that please tell me im curious.

I got 2 problems first I can't update my phone because it says this device cant receive future updated( I already clear cache google play services) Second it can't connect to 5G network anyone can help me?
