The upgrse file is 3.2gig but you must have upto 3.5gig data. After the upgrade, update all your apps on playstore. That's all.
I did the upgrade on my phone and it's working smoothly.

Like mine I've change the screen several times after the upgrade because the touchpad started malfunctioning but still the same issue but when I consult A.i it advise was to downgrade the phone back to version 11 that the version 12 isn't compatible with the phone

I regret buying this phone. First the screen it started shaking like zizizizizzi and pressing itself on it's own after one week of purchase without any kind of damage I fixed the screen 3 times still the same, then off and on itself after changing the battery that stop. It sucks money wasted, chaaii Tecno

Reasons
1. Better processor g85 compared to g35
2. 90Hz refresh rate compared to 60Hz refresh rate in spark 8p
3. Android 12 vs 11
The only area where spark 8p beats the camon 18i is the screen resolution is 1080p while 720p is in camon 18i
They both have the same camera 48mp in c18i vs 50mp in s8p
Overall, I'd go for c18i
