Sometimes when commenting about something, be honest. I have used many brands and I haven't used Tecno because I had doubts about the performance of its flagships. Then I bought this phone. It has it's cons and prons. The camera is good. Battery is good. On the issue RAM, well at least you know what you are buying. You cannot expect 4GB RAM to behave like 8GB.

For the price and spec,I doubt if I could have asked for more!
The camera is very fine, battery lasts me roughly 13 hours between charges;and I am an above average phone user, though I don't do social media...
I watch Netflix fairly regularly also.
I will certainly recommend the phone to anyone interested.

Sometimes the phone will just automatically trip off and I would be scared,like I don't understand anymore. You might just be watching a video and it trips off that's the only problem I have with the phone.

Best device so far....upgraded from C9 and this c19 is amazing!
All negative reviews are definitely trolls paid by other phone companies to mess up the Tecno devices....
I'd buy it again and again.

Lynne , 09 Jan 2023Why is it always overheating...it's been two months si... moreI just bought one on the 14th of January, 2023, and now I am beating myself up for not reading up reviews before I bought it. The phone overheats, and drains the battery quite quickly for a 5000mAh battery (after enduring the torturous weight it comes with). I use a mifi, because if I put on mobile data, the phone will literally boil an egg. I am unsatisfied that I payed more for a less value phone. The phone lags, and pray, this machine we was promised was supposed to have a 4gig + 2 Ram! Father help my unbelief!!

Why does in crash each time I login to the Instagram app.
Like, it doesn't even just crash the app alone it shuts down and restarts the device each time I try login to Instagram, very frustrating.
Will I have to resort to Instagram lite. What F.ing BS is this.
