That was 5g phone last year. If you compare camon 30 pro 5g with camon 40 pro 5g, the new 40 pro 5g is a huge downgrade as compared to 30 pro 5g.

big downgrade from 30 pro.

That's what happens when brands begin to rely 120% on AI as "big ultra super reason to innovate and buy a phone" and delivers a more-of-the-same phone that is worse than previous generation. Sounds very Samsung-ish to me.
