Myraloved , 14 Oct 2020My phone goes off at 69Percent Wat is the cause and how can... moreSame here too, but i noticed thats the battery seem swollen and if its on 4g,it will go off faster when browsing than on 3g and 2g,so the best we can for to manage it for now, is to keep switching cellular data network from edge-4g.the former will off at least 25% and later anytime.

Mine has ghost touches (presses itself) esp when the battery power is low, I don't know if it's because of my charging cable or it's just a faulty screen(its not broken btw). It also takes too long to dial ussd codes and I have to keep switching between 4g and 3g when browsing because it looses connectivity randomly despite having data. I will change it soon

1. Phone most a times doesn't allow me type "p" or number "0",until I reduced d size of d keyboard.
2. Battery no longer gets to 0%..original battery was dying at 64%..changed d battery a month ago for N6000, and this new one dies at 34% after it takes ages to charge.
Don't know if it is a phone problem or a Tecno CX Air problem generally.... And my phone has never fallen!
