Mine had the same issue the engineer just opened the phone and cleaned the panel with Tina and the phone has been working fine since 1 year now

Why my device persist the up-to-date and the device cleaner and when I take the cleaner recomended to uptodate still demand to uptodate uptodate again and again this is to much I'm tired of this

This' the sweetest tecno phone brand I've used. Aug 19 till date (May 21). I'm not thinking of changing it anytime soon.
