Mazher, 23 Jun 2019hi Bro, just want to know. have you able to get accessories... moreI returned my phantom 6 plus five consecutive times within the first 2 months of purchasing it for software related issues
1. battery drains too fast for a 4050 man battery
2. phone heats while charging even while switched off
3. battery kept draining when phone is switched off especially when battery is below 40%
the phone was eventually swapped for a new one at the fifth time of returning it for complaints . but to my utmost surprise, even the so called new copy of the phantom 6 plus sent to me still didn't work satisfactorily in terms of complaint numbers "3" above,
I just had to take it the way it is. now as u speak the phone is about 2 years and the battery has deteriorated so bad that at 49% the phone's battery is as good as zero percent and switches off. . I just don't believe tecno can ever produce a guaranteed reliable phones again because the older the spec of any tecno phone, the better!

This is the first phone that I have needed to take back for software updates.It kept hanging and eventually had to be updated at the service centre. I will definitely not buy Techno again.

never will i buy techno mobile again.... really disappointed, ive spent close to amount i bought on repair ... really feel cheated...

Mine battery less than a year start misbehaving I felt bad,taking it back demanded for receipt which I didn't hv by then ,so in trouble now it's useless.

Very poor decice. Actually dies after one year of purchase. Problems... 1- Battery issues....2-Cell stand by drain battery (find solutions online but still the problem persist)... 3-Speaker dies too.... Very poor device evwr used... Now i am going to smash it.

What is likely to be the life span of this Phone (Phanton 6 Plus) with non-renewable battery? Does it mean that the phone dies with death of the battery?

Mine died after the waranty period of 1yr elapsed. Reason:-Main board and battery problem which requires a lot of money to fix. SO DISAPPOINTED
