I don't get y my phantom 9 keeps going out of network and shows zero bytes when I still have more than enough data. when I put the data on and off it comes back, but it's been just a week I got it, and am tired of turning it off and on. any possible permanent solution for this, it's frustrating. I can't browse for 2 mins without loosing connection. Pls help am begging

Why is Android blocking this category of notifications from appearing on this device. By implication all email app installed will not get noticiations when mails comes in and badges will not appear so you need to check your phone at intervals. This is a big flaw on these phone and I'm HIGHLY disappointed

I like the phone but every morning i find it telling me to start android. Having switched off everything even the alarm.so at night am off without me giving that command..please help..i dont need it to restart.

Pls how do I close it
Cos it shows close app, buy when I do it pops up again after 10 secs

the phone is good enough to extence the functions are well capable indeed,but the battery is lower it suppose to be 6000mAh because of android version,internet browser...6GB RAM that is enough to flat the battery between 2 to 3hours down...so it to be advance more at the battery point,but the rest of the phone function are greatest.

I am one of Techno lovers, I bought my phantom 9 on July 22nd, which i really enjoyed throughout my Hajj period due to the enough memory space(128gb), in fact is lovely but the only issue I have with is the front camera the sharpness doesn't worth it in fact is unbelievable is 32megapixel, apart from that the phone is cheaper than the price, the battery is not bad as people think of, is the best tecno phone for now

The Phantom 9 battery at 3500 is TOO low and small! Can't it be 7000 with all the functions it contains?
