I can't find gallery on phone and the videos and pictures show watermark

My phantom 9 just developed an issue,its been a year since I got but the issue just started recently.
I get to see missed calls without my phone ringing, And it tells the caller number busy, while my phone is idle just staring at me.
I be done all the you tube suggestions, aisde factory reset.I don't want to do a factory reset.
Pls I need a lasting solution.
This is the second time, and the first time after trying other options, few days later it started ringing out..
Now it's started again.

I tried going through settings accessibility and end call with power button. This has not resolved the problem. Kindly advise.
