There is plenty of space there for those two connectors and the little amount of space required on the board for the traces. You're not going to be putting amps of current through those traces, Heck i'd rather it have 18w charging if it means i can have a jack and a microSD slot with a flagship SoC, a 19.5 screen and a usb 3.0 or higher type c connection.
