Tecno Phantom V Flip design revealed by case maker
Tecno introduced its first horizontal foldable smartphone called Phantom V Fold and is now about to follow it up with the Phantom V Flip clamshell. Today, we received a tip that a case maker is already selling accessories for the phone, revealing its design.
The new Tecno smartphone will have a circular cover display, around which we should see two cameras and an LED flash.
The unusual camera placement makes us wonder what's on the side of the O-shaped island. So far, the design looks unusual, but we always appreciate companies trying to make their devices stand out in a crowd.
The images also reveal a flat power button that will double as a fingerprint scanner instead of the sensor being underneath the foldable panel. There is one selfie camera behind a punch hole, and the bottom will have the USB-C port.
It is worth mentioning that all these images are renders based on schematics. This means that while the dimensions and the locations of the functional elements is spot on, the finish might be far from reality. We'll get a better idea once Tecno decides to say more about the Phantom V Flip, which should be soon.
Thanks for the anonymous tip!

Kinda surprised that GT 10 also did a great job in here, despites being a more gaming-focused device than Zero series that more camera-focused.
