Suing them will be a waste of your time and money. I think you should just learn from it and hope that an update will fix the problems you are having.
It's actually great that someone can give an unbiased view of their experience with the new phone without holding back - You have saved a lot of intending buyers the stress.
2M would have gotten you a Z Fold 5 or even 6, or a Huawei X2/3

Hi Guys . I purchased this beauty yesterday ... and sold out my Galaxy fold 5 . Please find my honest findings below :-
Positive sides ( Pros ) - Sleek design , Light weight , Amazing Stereo speakers , good call quality , low price , Decent camera
Negative sides - No Google Feed on the left side. Camera to be improved , Camera Zoom to be improved a lot.
Tecno , Please develop an update so that it brings the GOOGLE FEED NEWS to the left side of the screen as provided in all other Android Mobiles. Its really a shortcoming..

This foldable might be even worse than this year's bad samsung's fold 6. Maybe if someone can get it for 900 dollars, it might be fine, but other than that vivo fold x 3 pro is 1250 euro rn and easily destroys this.

If, for example those requirements were fulfilled, their position will be easily weakend by its competitor. That is for Tecno surely should be avoided. The way Tecno went with that setup must be appreciated though. They took risk for people that demanding highest setup possible but in other hand not few people still consider it I believe.

I will really sue Tecno on this one imagin I have not used it up to 2 months

I have been using the Xiaomi Mi Fold 2 for a year, which has a crease and a very old chipset. I have never noticed low performances nor the crease (and I think I'm a pretty advanced user, although not gamer).
I used to do photography, and I was amazed how a lot of amateur photographers seem to be more interested in cameras than in photography.
