Tecno Phantom V Fold2, V Flip2 are up for pre-order ahead of launch

Tecno is preparing to launch the Phantom V Fold2 and V Flip2 foldables. Ahead of their official release the two phones went on pre-order in the West African country of Ghana, the listing showing their design.

The Phantom V Fold2 has a massive rectangle camera island on the back, similar to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4. We can make out the 50 MP label next to the triple camera, meaning at least the main camera will get such a sensor.

The V Flip2 is also going for a more straightforward design with a bigger rectangular screen on the back, compared with the circular screen on the first V Flip. It's not clear from the shots if the screen will wrap around the lenses like Motorola did with its Razr phones.

Tecno posted the phones for pre-order without revealing any specs. Pre-orders are available until August 24, so we'll be on the lookout for a surprise announcement.
