Even with a massive R.A.M,the phone falls short in screen resolution-a paltry 385 ppi!

GUNNERS, 22 Jan 2023Redmi note 11 pro way better cheaper!! Cheaper? Yeah.
A better deal? Yeah.
A better phone? No.
I hate this phone, but you gotta come up with a better comparison than that.

At the end it's still a Tecno phone.. don't even dream of getting one.
Any tech journalist that says this is good and not pricey is biased

This phone looks decent but let me state the obvious in case anyone missed:
1. No 4k selfie, no slow-mo, and no OIS on any of the cameras. It's decent but not a flagship
2. No ufs 4.0 storage, only HD screen with mediocre brightness and no LTPO tech
3. Bad haptic feedback from the vibrator, 1:30 mins charging speed
4. Still uses wifi 5 in 2023, sorry if you play competitive games
5. Still using USB 2.0, for reference you get 40mb/s speed instead of 450mb/s and higher from say Oppo or Samsung flagships when transferring data to pc/Mac
6. Price is a little too high. Pricing like 500 - 550 USD will make it more competitive. The best you can get is 650 USD upwards and looking at a pixel 7, note 20 ultra and even oneplus 11 it's hard to justify. The only thing that separates this phone from older flagships is the performance and by the time OEMs release their 2023 models, that won't matter anymore
7. Tecno rarely updates their phones if at all. This has been a problem and have made people buy phones yearly to get new os features
All in all, it boils down to price and my verdict is to wait for 2023 phones or buy older flagships from Samsung, Oppo, Google, or Apple since they support their phone the longest.

Dave X, 18 Jan 2023They promised the phone 2 more update (13, 14). It is a goo... more1) They promised that? Did they also promise it with seemingly every other phone they never updated? Or does gsmarena just not ever update their website?
2) That's 1 major update and an "update" that shouldn't be an update at all, but the software that released with the phone. It shouldn't have Android 12.
