i have not used this phone a year now, but is doing ON and OFF as it shows snooze .... Dismiss the phone temp. is low ,then it OFF immediately.What Can be the cause?

Just some feedback on my experience with the tecno pop 2 f. I'm using this phone for a while now. First of all a have to say that I'm not using it as a primary phone so apps like whatsapp and facebook etc. is not on this phone which is normally big battery drainers, although I do have games on it but not the hi-tech action games stuff. So my experience battery wise is generally good. So no battery problems because when I'm using it, and it does not over heat to much. Photo's and video quality is not too bad but the selfie camera is the better of the two. Colors and display are generally good. Its also not to slow but I suspect when playing hi tech games you are going to have a problem because of the 1gig ram on the phone. Storage space on the phone is not a problem when you merge a sd card with the phone's internal storage to extend storage.
When I wanted to install my fitness tracker's app it didn't want to, said the app is not compatible with the phone, why I don't know, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The Fingerprint scanner is sometimes a problem when you don't align your finger just right but it could be bypassed with the pattern lock. But otherwise the phone is handing itself pretty good. So I will rate the phone 8/10.

Just want to know, does anyone have an experience of batteries that start swelling? Just bought the phone and there's nothing wrong with it but I have experience that the battery of my previous phone had swollen. I bought a replacement battery for the phone (and it was an original) and the replacement battery did exactly the same.
