It is a difficult phone to use because my pop 4 has one app that appears under my phone like a human and it talks . But I turn the talk back off and still I see that icon under with my home keys

Everything about the phone is FAKE and substandard. The phone is a waste of money. I'm looking for a way to swap mine. In case you are interested call: 08025191681. The only thing good about the phone is the battery which honestly I haven't seen rival. It takes me two days plus on one charge.
