Charis, 27 Feb 2023I agree with the cameraI don't like this phone for anything. When it goes off, it on in 3hrs time and it also drains 30% battery from you the phone. Worst phone ever.

Its a nice phone but my only problem is it does not support live wallpaper and I tried downloading cap cut it does not work, I'm really sad and starting to regret buying this phone🥺😭😞

Sorry to every one using pop5....
According to my analysis though I haven't used the phone personally .....but its problem is because of the small RAM space that it has....
It seems the RAM indicated under storage isn't real.....
Simple advice to any one that still is interested in using ......
Kindly make sure you have used Maximumly 50% of your space
It will be faster....Thanks

The main issue for me is that I can't make video calls at night because the flashlight doesn't come on. Please how do I rectify this problem

This Phone i guess will win the most useless phone awards in all the awards sector in the world from now until it vanishes from the system. How can a smart phone take 3 hours to reboot by itself, very slow and stuffy. Tecno company please talk to your production unit to dissolve this Tecno Pop 5 (useless phone). I wonder why you can’t even get Spark 7 to buy but have this rubbish all over the phone shops. I will never recommend this phone to anyone.

At times it switches on pretty fast while it takes too long to switch on at other times.
Had to get Infinix Hot 12 for replacement.

The phone is good but the battery is draining so fast, it doesn't support 4g lite, and it hang up sometime whenever u are using the phone
