I pressed the volume and power button and it was stuck on intro. Had to constantly press buttons and hold. Regretting buying this phone.

The phone becomes slow when you put on your data and it load WhatsApp to a point it does hang. For a phone with android version 12 der are some app that are not compatible and not even available for the device. Some won't work properly. The phone is bad, with a weak processor

Tecno pop 7 is a very useless smartphone. It frequently switches off by itself, and when you switch it up, it will disable the screen lock PIN number, and give you the pattern lock which you didn't setup. The same thing happened to the Tecno Y2 which I bought in 2017. Why is Tecno like this? I took it to Carlcare, and they claimed to have fixed it after a week but the same problem is still there. Again, too many bloatwares. Facebook lite is acting like a bug. No option to disable it. But try to uninstall it, then you will see what I mean. Too many notifications. I have updated it, but still nothing changed. Anyone praising this phone is not sincere.
