I got the Tecno Pop 8 and I love it fast and durable but the fingerprint gets on my nerves always getting in the way when you ain't using it funniest part when I try to make use of it, it malfunction most times so I had to remove the fingerprint and use only pin lock

I bought mine 5 months ago,i was trying to update google go and the phone freezed till today i can't make use of the phone only to receive calls using the finger print,what might be the problem?

This is the first Tecno phone I've used and I'm quite satisfied. Battery life is good, mine came with android 14 straight out of the box. My only complaint is the side mounted fingerprint sensor always gets in the way, if you aren't using the pouch. Any slight brush on it and it tries to detect a fingerprint. The pouch offers a small level of shielding to stop your fingers from accidentally touching the sensor, but I love to use my phone without the pouch
