When I charge it , it cones up with over charger voltage, and yet it will be given a little charge and will stop charging. I am charging it with original charge that came with it

Please! I have plans to go for this phone.. But one major reason I want a new phone is to be able to play pub G mobile and call of duty on it..
So my question is.. How good is the graphics of this phone while playing pub G and call of duty.. Please I'd love a reply from someone who has played these games with this phone.
