If it's about not charging faster, I did experience that too but when I changed the usb cord, it became super fast in charging on the trying the second usb cord. You can try different cords like I did and the phone will become a blessing if that was the issue.

Hmm.... What I faced with this phone is not worth the price I bought it... The charging issue is beyond all I have seen.i bought it on Sept 2020 and I didn't enjoy it for 5 months... I'm really sad becuz I thought with the phone specs and build it would serve me well never knew I would regret it a lot.Theres nothing this phone doesn't not do yes... I never had any problem with the phone in any aspect other than the charging... I'm really fed up
To those who wants to buy this phone... It can be good to u but my advice is do not go for this phone... The charging problem is terrible to the point at which I took it to carlcare and it still develop the same fault🥺
