And no way you can change or delete it. The only way to do is to reset it to factory reset but it will delete all all files, pictures, video and everything you save in your phone
It's too annoying and there is no customer service to contact to help you and support
Go for different phone such as Samsung or Xiaomi
They are far far better than Techno

Which is better, pova 3 or pova 5 in terms of screen display saturation and also the battery time considering the 6000mah of pova 5 but has a 6nm chipset and pova 3 7000mah but has a 12nm chipset?
