shikachi, 19 Jul 2023what do you recommend for medium setting ?Tbh Genshin is difficult to run smoothly on average devices in medium settings. Take something that is equipped with Snapdragon 695 at least (Realme 10, Poco X5, IQOO Z7x etc) or if you could splash the budget a bit, get phones with MediaTek Dimensity 1080 (Realme 10 Pro+, Redmi Note 12 Pro etc).

These are all sub $200 phones which can run Genshin comfortably at low settings and acceptable in medium.

    shikachi, 19 Jul 2023what do you recommend for medium setting ?No recommendations at this price but go for 5g phones with dimensity SOCs if you focus on gaming. Consider that dimensity 6020 from cheaper spark 10 5g is almost identical to g99 and 7nm vs 6nm is the only downside of 6020. And also pova 5g's dimensity 810 has same 6nm but with significantly more clockspeed than g99.

Pova series is actually meant for gaming specifically,if you check the chipset of all pova series,they are better than that of spark series and even some Camon series. If you want an all rounder phone, go for Phantom series or Camon series.

                                    They should release the Tecno Pova 5 Pro with Mediatek Dimensity 5G SoC. Raise the price, yes. They should. Because the G9X Series of Chips needs to retire. Mediatek needs to release something like, the G100 series, a high performance 4G SoC because most 5G infrastructure is pretty much hardy exists in South and Southeast Asia.
