Can anyone do something about the issues with the refresh rate of this phone it's usually stock on 120 hrtz even in stanby mode even though it's set in default settings...

I got all the major updates right after I turned the phone on and it's been almost over a month now and I had none of the problems that you stated above. Could be a faulty phone, better than complaining here it'd be best to get it replaced by visiting their service center.

                  This phone has issues.
                  Firstly, I got a Google play software update which installed but the phone lost the figure print tonch. I have tried to reset the same but it won't enroll the figure prints.
                  Secondly, camera overheats and shuts down when taking videos. Have to wait until the camera cools down.
                  Thirdly, many other things are not working as they were before the software upgrade. No display of notifications foe sms, messages and emails. The internet speed is not good in 4 G.
                  Wasted my money on this cheap phone

                    Pova 5 G it's ok but no video colling convert hi os is very harrasment and Chinese apps control your phone

They need to cut corners so the sell the phone cheap, so they cut it on the camera & but put in a good Dimensity 900 soc to sell it cheaper.
