In the o... moreNot all manufactures of smartphones remove a slot for microSDXC card, because some manufactures of smartphones is still providing a slot for microSDXC card, the reason is to achieve lots of buyers to a smartphones made by them, thus in the purpose for a smartphones to become sold out within months and not within years.
It's basically market strategy where there is low stock of smartphones that still providing a slot for microSDXC card, and there will be lots of people buying that type of smartphones, it's just the same as you said about the continuation by manufactures to providing a slot for microSDXC card in smartphones made by them, the same as you say, "sony smartphones still provide microSDXC slot".
By the way, are you saying that smartphones of Sony is better than other smartphones from other manufactures? Did you want to put negative advertising in here for a smartphone that is "not being launch yet until 2025, July"?
Duh, look again about product specifications especially status of release for Tecno Pova 7 Ultra is Coming soon. Exp. release 2025, July.
And the information about Tecno Pova 7 Ultra specifications in GSMArena that saying Tecno Pova 7 Ultra didn't have slot for microSD card is based on a WILD GUESS, because how come someone write about product specifications for a product that is not exist? Is that writer who writing product specifications are a psychic that can see the future?
