my tecnospark 10c has no direct access to the internal 128Gb, the installation of new Usb-Drivers could not change that, therefore I use only programs that dont' need files from external Usb.

Have been using my Spark 10C for many months with no lag unless I play heavy games like Genshin Impact or crank up graphic to max then it'll lag.
Whether you owned this phone or not dont expect it to run like a midranger specially a flagship.

Stay away from this phone. Go with Infinix although they are sister companies? I don't get why a more than 8gb ram device ( even if below mid range can be this slow) infinix 10s with 6gb 2021 model could handle Pubg smoothly. All the specs they promised o. The tecno site is a lie. One of the worst.

Don't know the reason why,
If an incoming calls is coming in, instead of it to ring, so that I will know someone is calling me. No, it will just do as if they flash me and I will see it as missed call on my own side,
But on the callers side it will just drop.
I have many numbers like that if they tried to call it will drop.
And I tried putting my sim somewhere else, the call was coming in freely, so definitely it's the phone and it's a new phone.
So pls any idea on what I can do,
Have search through all the settings, online it's still the same thing.
Pls I need help from Tecno on what to do.
