My wife who uses the same phone has her own intact for over 2 years now.
Honestly the phone is good and perfect.

Pathetic Phone, Network stability and Internet speed are terrible. It hangs when you open any app......Definitely not worthy of your hard earned money.

December 26 is making my tecno spark 2 a year, but my battery is bad, not charging again more than 22 percent, wen it is more than 22 percent ut will go down agaain to one percent so i dnt know if there is such experience beforr someone should tell me what to do and how much is the internal batrery

Very poor internet connection and camera quality too changes upon time and become very bad as well, the worst phone I ever bought.

Tecno has drastically improved over the the years, I like the innovation but I think Tecno should work more on the the hardware segment to increase the phones life span. My Spark 2 is barely 8mnths and I've got issues with unstable network/SIM processor error.
