Mi phone z always gets off, eg when am watching a video in gallery, when am boom play, also in other apps. Can I be helped?

Am a huge fan of Tecno .the spark 2 is superb but increase on the memory and ram to 3 or 4Gb.And add more settings .we are waiting for the next generation of Tecno spark.. thank you Tecno.

The data connection is very low....was lied it's 2Gram...when downloading an app it's taking more than 40mins.sending messages through WhatsApp it's taking long too...I bought it on Wednesday...is there a possibility to return back or you do something very soon

Very poor 3G connection... and whats with the frequent HIOS update forced upon every now and then with more ads, and please i don't need to those annoying ads of recommended apps. This phone is worse than i thought, very poor perfomance.

wow wonderful phone I like it am very happy to have Tecno spark 2 is a great phone, because it's very nice and fine anywhere.

my techo spark 2.does not support 3G network while the settings are good.it only support 2G network only while the network is 3G.please need your assistance.thanks

Pls I don't know what to do to mine, it's been switching and restarting itself, ever since have gotten it, that is the 1gb ram. And have tried resetting it, is still all the same. Pls what else should I do to it.

I just got mine on the 23rd of November, that is the 1g ram, but i haven't been enjoying the phone ever since have gotten it, it switch and restart it self automatically, and have gone to reset it still does the same thing. Pls what else can I still do about it.

Cameras are great in well-lit environment poor in dim light. Rear camera is not as sharp as that of Infinix hot 5 despite both are 13MP. Great UI, very light on hold, tall and slim plus its low bezel makes it beautiful. Has face detection plus a great battery in-built battery can last 2 days on normal usage but charges very very very slow (which I feel its favorable, aside that it may preserve battery life from slow charging, you will only want to charge when there's long duration of power supply because charging it for an hour does'nt make much difference). A great phone in summary.

The cameras are perfect but the portrait was suppose to be at the back camera not the front. I was unhappy when i found the portrait to be on the front camera.
