I bought tecno spark 20 last year, and I have been using it. It has been great actually, except I noticed that it overheats sometimes. So recently it has been loosing charge quite fast, when I leave it on at night I find that it switched off and is at 1%, irregardless of how much charge it had the previous night. I've noticed that it's a good phone, but eventually gets battery issues later

Jq1, 23 Dec 2024Not bat for a budget phone (TECNO) Performance 9/10 Gam... moreChange my mind, It's actually not bad for a budget phone, I bought this a few months ago and I did a few little tweaks,Now it can run mid-High settings and 45-60 Fps in High end Games...and also for the other specs of this device is not bad like the 50mp Ai camera and 2k for video recording.

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2024I don't think it does, however it do have multi-window.Well.. They removed the Fingerprint feature,. The Fingerprint button here is Useless.

I recently bought this phone and it's been alright but I've noticed the battery drains very quickly even with super power boost on and everything (wi-fi, bluetooth, brightness, location, etc) turned off.
I checked battery usage and something called Phone Idle has been used for 18 days (I got this phone 3 days ago) and has drained like 47% of my battery.
I have turned my phone off and on twice and it still says active for 18 days.
Is there a way I can fix this? Make the battery last longer?

I found a design flaw, the sim card tray is very close to the cpu, when the cpu heats up it starts melting your sim card.

The front camera thing is a lie
If you use the 50 megapixel mode in the camera it, it will work, you can check the difference by zooming into an object with great detail and having your flash on
the reason why it doesn't show on your dev app is that Tecno limits what other apps have access to in your camera, that is the same reason why recording on apps like Snapchat or Instagram looks so bad
