I'm not seeing any app icon on the top of my spark 3 pro screen .if I'm connected to Bluetooth ,I won't see it or even after downloading an internet speed app,it still won't show .I have to be swiping down to see them ,any way I can change that

This is my third year with the phone and still working after I repaired the charging point,the phone is meant to last more longer but falling down like almost every day from my kid hands oh my. I other words its a good phone if you're buying new ones.

It is a nice phone until I updated to Android 10 yesterday and the phone started hanging anytime the screen timeout or a call enters. I have to restart to use again. Please any solution?
