I bought Spark 4 last month and everything is working flawlessly. Please is there a way I can disable Android 10 upgrade notification from popping up??. I do not want to upgrade. Urgent response needed asap. Thank you.

Akebede, 01 Apr 2021My spark 4 has been updated to Android 10 a month ago and s... moreI experienced the same problem when I first updated mine to Android 10, my phone became very slow and not optimizating the ram as it should.. so I searched online and I was told to factory reset My phone, I did and everything was smooth again.. I advise you to do the same.

My spark 4 has been updated to Android 10 a month ago and since then, it does not operate properly as it used to be in Android 9 version especially when I use internet it lags behind and this takes much time to operate. Is this phone designed to operate only for Android 9 or what? can anyone explain this case to me please? tnx

Why it haven't multi window extra feature in spark 4 version 10 but it have in version 9
