Tecno Spark 5 is a good phone but the only thing I don't like on tecno products is that they don't like updating their phones.
Tecno Spark 5 comes with Android 10 from the box since 2020
Up to now the phone is still using the same android version on 26 October 2022 please Tecno update it to android 12 for us

The worse phone I've ever had. Super slow,crashes too much.Poor camera quality. Often freezes when there's incoming calls so I end up missing the calls. Takes over 20 to start up after powering on or a restart. Charges very slow but battery drains very quickly even when brightness is at its lowest and the power saver mode is on. I honestly regret buying this phone

omo, i dont know why are all this comments are coming here ooo, spark 5 is nice, it dosent hang though is 2gb ram, its very smart, i love the phone, very fast 4g network, no issues at all and long lasting battery, Take it or leave it, spark 5 is nice and am looking for the pro

The phone is okay but I'm having a problem with the camera, most especially the selfie. Whenever I'm taking a video the balance is always instable. It goes very bright and all of a sudden goes really low. It doesn't record a stable video. Also the battery, it always drains whenever it's not in use. It goes down when I'm not using the phone. In like 3 hrs drains 5% of the battery. I'm sick of this problem. Dunno if it's just me experiencing this issue
