It's a really good phone ,,, but there's a lot of issues concerning the charging problem,,, the moment you start facing charging problems it doesn't stop ,,, no matter how many times you get it fixed it still does the same ,,, I don't know if you can provide solutions to this because we're losing trust in these phones

Fortunately, I bought Tecno spark 5 air July 2020, still using and infact sent this message from it. Never have I experience difficulty using the phone. Problem most run into is lack of knowledge and best practices in the usage of android mobile phone. Charge and use between 30/80% not 0-100%, disable/uninstall app you do not use, dark/screen less app only date/time, restart 3 times daily, keep from moisture/dust, wipe cache partition quarterly or after system update and most importantly, care and guide mobile phone.
