Just updated to the December 5 security update and December 1 Google Play update. I'll check if battery drainage has stopped because when I bought this phone I used it, battery was okay then after the Last update battery drainage when idle began😔, But an easy fix is entirely switching off the phone.
I'll leave it on tonight to check if the update worked!

Ferry, 07 Jan 2022Battery drainage all of a suddenFunny how this phone went from being the best phone I've owned to being a battery draining machine.
Tips: The only way to avoid drain is either put the phone in Airplane mode, or switch it off. I wouldn't advice either anyway coz of emergency calls / messages
