after the most recent software upgrade my tecno spark 7p drains battery on idle and become hot, also my battery drains quickly

Am using this phone for over 5months now and it was working perfectly fine
But now it just keep annoying me, like when I connect my Bluetooth to a device and turn on my music player, after playing up to a minute it will just automatically disconnect and connect at the same time, making the music to stop playing until I play it myself
Please I need help, how can I get the remedy for this, it's really getting me worried
