I bought my spark 8p in January but since last month which is may have not enjoyed it. It will shut down on its own for hours and I won't be able to power up, charging will stop and work later fingerprint sensor will also stop after resetting

Please mine is a question. How do I view my pictures on this phone because the AI camera keep saying I should grant access to my SD card and when done,yet won't show me any pics. I'm I to keep snapping without being able to access the pictures?
