Just bought the phone, the design is sleek, perfomance makes sense, the camera is nice for 13mp, the battery charges at about 94 seconds per percentage and the battery lasts long.
Overall the phone the phone is very good

Please company of Tecno help me update my phone I just bought this phone yesterday and I was told it has Ella that works like serius in iphone but am disappointed as I can't find the so called Ella on my phone
Secondly it takes much time to charge and the battery easily go down

Camera has an alert about Temperature being high on phone yet not.This eventually shuts down the camera from being used.
Secondly preinstalled applications don't allow to be removed.Many of these might be target for spyware and malware that ends up compromising the users security. A users privacy should be protected.why install apps that the user doesn't want and cannot remove?

If you love bloatware, this is the phone to get. Tecno phones are nothing but bloatware warehouses.

The camera is nothing to write home about and it takes a long time to charge fully.
The exterior is nice tho

micro usb in 2022?? good luck dealing with the charging speed. 6 hours to get it full charge. sometimes can be 1 day

This honestly isn't bad. However, this is a dead price bracket, as there is legit no way you can get anything more than a functional phone. I'd get the Pova 3 or a Xiaomi for a little more money.
