this is the worst phone ever, I bought it in January 2024, after about 2 weeks it just freeze, because I was in Mozambique. After about a week with lots of effort I got it working. In August it just stop working, I went to Nelspruit, 200km from me..... Vodacom send my phone away to Joburg. After a week I received a new one back (drove back to Nelspruit....another 400km). now today its the 28th of November, 3 months and 1 day, and its freezing again. I'm running my business on my phone, what's upp, bookings, emails, Facebook for advertising. This is really the worst ever quality.

As a user of this phone this is my verdict;
1.The phone is laggy after only 2-3 months of use
2.The phone has enough storage and Ram even has Ram Fusion(Ram+or V.R) But the performance is still laggy
3.The phone has serious bloatware (undeletable and many)
4.I have tried all things to make it smooth but nothing is working even uninstalled my downloaded apps
5.The processor is widely used on other devices that doesn't lag at all with the same specifications.i.e Tecno pop 7 pro,Redmi A1 Poco A50
6.The problem is in the software...and it's affecting overall user experience and infact makes it harder to run smoothly infact a software issue tht Tecno needs to look into and i believe can be fixable with an software update fix.
7.The new Hyper OS, specifically on this device
Might have something to do with the Glitches a optimization s software fix might be the saviour of this B.Device.

At first this phone was superb! You can play games especially mobile legends without experiencing lag. Then only after 3 months the fps drop happens, even Instagram and Facebook app is super heavy on this phone! I only use FB lite because even messenger is kinda laggy. The only thing I love about this phone is the camera, oooh believe me when I say it is super nice for its price but considering the processor quality? Better buy some infinix smart phone, that's what my neighbors say. They are just the same but if you're a gamer like me, consider on buying infinix than tecno LOL.

The phone's performance was good from the beginning, but over time it started to get worse. I can call this device the king of slow devices
But I will add it because I have few memories

I have this phone as my second spare phone. It's kinda laggy which I hate the most. My favorite part is about the battery, it is 5000mAh I would recommend this phone as a secondary phone or a spare, main. It's your choice only

I even have a high memory and storage on my phone but it's so lag??? So again don't sale your stupid phones again, it's such a trash and shit

This phone is trashy as f. I think the main reason is the processor. 3 gb of ram is not bad. But helio A22 processor is trash.

One of the world worse f-king phone. I can barely run any games smoothly. Can't even play PPSSPP emulator and play music together. The worse part is the seller didn't even know that is the specifications of a gaming phone, he just recommend this BS to me. I'm so over to this phone. Will never buy Tecno phone again. And you should too.

I am so disappointed,this phone reboots most times when I make calls and takes up to + - 10 minutes before it starts working again.The picture quality is poor.

+ personally, if i had the choice, I'd sell my current phone (tecno spark go 2023) to a second hand price and purchase a new phone 🤣😂
good for simple, socializing apps. if u lookin for a backup phone for gmails, facebook, girl this is for u. if u looking for a tiktok phone? this might not work boo 🤣

good for personal use such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. the only downfall was messenger, spotify, and games. laggy processor, apps that are required to have chat bubbles aren't doing so much due to laggy-ness (everytime someone texted, i would try opening their chats thru chat heads only for the app to crash). Spotify also— you can't use it as background apps since it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME. I believe that it's not the app's problem but the phone's.
overall, if you're a person who likes to download games while listening to music, this phone's not for you. honestly, i should've bought a different phone but if it works, it works. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

This phone is the definition of GARBAGE!! The processor is garbage there are many better phone that also low budget, than this piss of shit Tecno Phone. Huge battery mAh but too fast to drain my low budget 5 years old phone is better than this Phone.
