sir thanks po for all the understanding... but i'll take this opportunity na din po to tell u that im already decided regarding sa staying ko po sa company and i already consult my parents about this matter and they give me the support do to what i think is necessary for me.. i'll give my resignation letter tomorrow sir and i dont think i would be able na pumasok pa tomorrow, i'll just come just to pass my letter. i dont have the guts kc to tell u this personally coz i felt guilty sa mga failures ko and i would be very honest talaga sir na up to now is im still feel the intense of being failed since very vocal ka po to saying na very basic lang ung mga na-failed ko... teary eyed talaga ako now sir kc i dont know how to explain my side na kahit i did my best is andun pa din ung disappointments for the team and i cant stand kc in a place na laging ganun ung feeling. i know sir na hindi ganito ung ibig nyong ipakita or nami-missunderstand ko ung mga napapansin ko but sorry po, ito po kc ung feeling ko so sorry na lang po sa lahat ng disappointments ko sa team..
thanks po sa lahat... i think this is not the right place para po mag-excel ako...;-c

minerva...its not all about my FAILURES in barging. i also consider the salary system here...and my passion in working. im not happy being here although guys you make me happy when you're around. i wanna work that even there is a pressure, i wanna feel the excitement and the eagerness to work... sometimes it comes to my mind that i want to go back in fastfood coz i feel the passion in work that i been looking for...
