The Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a new look for its camera lenses, but not a new layout

The rumor of massive camera upgrades for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra fell through – the latest report is that only the ultra wide camera will be upgraded to a 50MP sensor (ISOCELL JN3) and that’s it. The main camera will reuse the 200MP ISOCELL HP2, the 10MP module will keep the 10MP Sony IMX754, the 5x module is similarly keeping its 50MP IMX854 sensor.
But the cameras will look different. That has to count for something, right? Here is an image shared by leakster Ice Universe, which shows the new design for the individual camera lenses with a thick, dark ring around each one.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a new design for the camera lenses
This coincides with the design language we’ve seen in renders of other S25 models. It’s similar to the design of the Galaxy Z Fold6, though without the extra bump around all the cameras. This means that cases should be able to make the back completely flat.
The S25 lens design will be similar but not identical to that of the Galaxy Z Fold6
The layout of the cameras will remain the same, so the Galaxy S25 phones still look quite same-y. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will stand out from its predecessors with rounded corners and a promise of improved ergonomics that include reducing the width and weight of the device.

I was talking about the four corners of the display that will become rounded and display will be smaller at the same declared diagonal. The body will be boxy like iPhone 15 with sharp edges. Look at the renders. So your fingers will hurt like before.

So did my Technophone Mk 1 (the first pocket mobile in the UK), but then that as 1986. The heat split the case at the back, so phone sno. 32 was replace by ~2,798 under warranty.
