The Huawei Pocket 2 will have an Art special edition, back panel surfaces in live photos

Last week we saw leaked renders of the Huawei Pocket 2, which showed off three colorways: Black, Dark Purple and Rococo White. Now Weibo user Jinan Digital has shared a live photo of the top rear panel of the Rococo White version, so we can have a closer look at its marble-like appearance.

But there’s more – the phone will have an special Art edition with a bespoke look. A light blue background is adorned with what is described as butterfly wings. The artwork is designed to have a 3D depth effect.

Huawei Pocket 2 back panels: Rococo White • the Art special edition

Huawei introduced the Art series with the P60 Art last year. It is similar to the Huawei P60 Pro, though with a custom design for the back and even some hardware improvements – like a 40MP ultra wide camera (vs. 13MP on the Pro) and a larger 5,100mAh Silicon-Carbon battery (vs. 4,815mAh Li-Po).

It’s not clear whether the Huawei Pocket 2 Art will follow that example or what the hardware differences might be. Huawei has done a great job of keeping its new flip foldable a secret, but thankfully we won’t have to wait long for the official reveal – it’s tomorrow, as confirmed by Huawei earlier this week.

Dirt is almost everywhere.

Do you have dirt in your pocket? I don't. When my clothes are dirty I wash them.

would have appreciated a better processor/some more innovation not a different colored back panel thats gonna get covered by a case anyway since its so fragile
