The Tecno Spark 10 series will launch in India on March 23, will include a Dimensity 6020 model

Tecno is teasing the launch of the Spark 10 Universe in India – no, that’s not a new model in the series, it is the series itself. This includes the Spark 10 Pro, a phone from earlier this month, as well as the trio that arrived a few days earlier.

However, the Tecno Spark 10 Pro features a 6.8” 90Hz FHD+ display, a Helio G88 chipset with 8+8GB of RAM (real+virtual), 256GB storage and a 50MP main camera.

The teaser image mentions a Dimensity 6020, which the Pro does not have. In fact, we currently know of only one phone with this chipset and it’s not a Tecno. The teaser image also shows a phone with a dual camera that is laid out diagonally.

Are these the Spark 10, Spark 10 5G or Spark 10 C? It seems like it, which means this is our first glimpse at them - when the company unveiled the trio it offered very little details.

For the Spark 10 Tecno only said that it will have a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging. It and the Spark 10 5G will run Android 13/HiOS 12.6, the Spark 10 C will be an Android Go Edition phone.

The Dimensity 6020 is a 7nm chip with 2x Cortex-A76 (2.2GHz) and 6x A55 (2.0GHz), plus a Mali-G57 and a 5G modem to go with them. This is pretty similar to the Dimensity 700, making it more powerful than the Helio G88 found inside the Pro. Given the next-gen connectivity, this is likely for the Tecno Spark 10 5G.

Tecno’s teaser says that “the first star” is launching in 3 days, i.e. March 23, Thursday.
