The Top 10 trending phones of week 19

10 May, 2015

There has been quite a lot of movement in the top 10 chart yet again. Trends may be shifting, but it seems that the Galaxy S6 has absolutely no intention of giving up the lead. It is definitely still the top dog with a formidable lead ahead of the competition.

The Top 10 trending phones chart is a recap list of the devices that gathered the most hits throughout the week. In other words, the chart represents the interests of the majority of you, our visitors, and is an indication of what currently interests you.

This week, second place goes to the Micromax Canvas Spark Q380. It has been climbing steadily in popularity and has managed to leap from fourth place all the way to runner-up in just a week. An impressive feat indeed.

The third place has another slightly unlikely resident. It is the year-old Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. It has been a constant presence in the list, but has somehow managed to leap ahead three spots, form sixth place, all the way to third and come even ahead of the LG G4, which in now down one place to fourth position.

This mixing at the top, naturally caused some devices, like the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML to fall down the list. Still, Samsung is left with a strong presence in the top ten. The Galaxy S6, A5 and S6 edge have occupied sixth, seventh and eight positions respectively. The iPhone 6 is one again on the list, after some absence, at ninth place. And at the very bottom we find Xiaomi's impressive new midranger - the Mi 4i, which has fallen all the way from fifth place.
