T-Mobile set to roll out Lollipop 5.0 to Sony Xperia Z3

T-mobile has announced that it is all set to roll out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to its version of the Sony Xperia Z3. According to a tweet (see below) sent out by T-Mobile's senior product manager, Des Smith, the OTA update should begin rolling in a few hours from now.

If you own a Sony Xperia Z3 purchased from T-Mobile, you should receive a notification about the update when it is available. However, if you're impatient, you can also manually check for it by going to Settings -> About phone -> Software update on your handset.

For those who aren't aware, the Xperia Z3 started receiving the update in some regions back in March this year. Over in the US, T-Mobile is the only carrier selling the handset.
