T-Mobile’s Galaxy S6, S6 Edge gets first OTA update

Samsung’s new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are yet to go on sale, but those lucky enough to get their units a few days in advance are already been treated to their first firmware update. To enhance that experience, Samsung has pushed an OTA update for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge owners on T-Mobile.

The update weighs 178.67 MB and packs mostly stability improvements and under the hood performance tweaks. There is a brief mention of new and/or enhanced features but the exact features have not been listed in the changelog.

We presume all Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge devices will get this OTA update once the smartphones hit the shelves.
